When traveling overseas with CBC we have a few requirements that are necessary based on your position on the team. The requirements are as follows:
Mission Trip PlannerMission Trip Planning ChecklistThis form is designed to help you in planning for a CBC Mission Trip as it relates to Safety and Security. This will also allow you time to gather the correct information for Director of Security prior to your travels.

Mission Trip Team LeadMission Trip Details FormThis form is designed to collect the pertinent information about your trip logistics. This is necessary for Safety/Security tracking purposes and in coordination with the U.S. State Department.

All TravelersMission Trip Security FormThis MUST be completed by each traveler prior to travels. It is only required to be filled out 1 time, unless your personal information changes: Name, DOB, Passport Expires, Email. This form must also be attached to a COLOR passport picture that will not expire 6 months after your return trip. Note: In addition please email Becca, becca.wadas@cbcva.org with your passport #, DOB, and Beneficiary Information.
Mission Trip Safety VideoThis video MUST be watched prior to travels, but is only to be watched once a year. Once you have watched the video please send a confirmation email to: security@cbcva.org
